Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is very central, with easy access to the city center. It was clean, comfortable, and good value for money but lacked a walk-in shower in the advertised accessible room. The location onto the main road was both a plus and a drawback.
The hotel's rooms were quite basic but generally clean, though there were some minor issues like damage to the bathroom door and debris left from previous occupants. It could benefit from some maintenance like repainting. Bringing an extension cable might be handy if you need multiple sockets, and the cleaners could use some retraining. On the bright side, the service was lovely, friendly, and helpful, with prompt solutions offered when needed. The location was convenient for my needs, being near the train station, but the noise from the main road disrupted my sleep. The dining experience varied, with good options like pain au chocolat but also needing improvement in their selection. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives.
Staying at the hotel felt like being in the middle of a dual carriageway with the noise; we had booked two nights but could only endure one due to the sleep disturbance. However, the room served its purpose despite being hot and on ground level without suitable window options. The room had a few faults, yet it was an improvement from the previous accommodation.
